My Art and Me

My Art and Me

There nothing better than the feeling a person gets when they come to a realization of what they love to do. Be it for entertainment, profit, or just pure enjoyment. When you love what you do, you'll know what you do.
My painting highly vibrates with monochromatic movements and detail. My abstract paintings are very process-oriented. When I work on my paintings that are detailed and well pronounced, I become so immersed in the work that applying techniques becomes a meditative process through which I strive to achieve balance and radiation. My colour pattern and designs arise spontaneously and reflect my interest in tribal and African art, specifically in the act of storytelling through representational means.

My abstract paintings are also process-oriented with multiple forms which carries spiritual meaning related to the mystery of existence and a reverence for the unfolding process of life. My abstract art is heavily inspired by my life and earthly things, political tension and aesthetic symbolism of my use of no colour, and also, particularly my visits to remote areas and road scenes.
